Clinical Care

To ensure you receive the national standard of care, all our homes are accredited by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency. We believe accreditation only represents the minimum level of service that we should provide to you. We strive to go above and beyond these minimums to ensure you receive an exemplary standard of care.

Our staffing levels are based on our residents’ needs, and are constantly monitored and adjusted to ensure continuity and quality of care. Registered nurses are on duty at our homes 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our registered nurses are supported by enrolled nurses and personal care staff; all of whom are qualified at a minimum Certificate 3 level.

Our clinical care team is supported by a strong multi-disciplinary team including lifestyle assistants, physiotherapy assistants and other specialist providers.

When you move into one of our homes, you can continue to use your existing general practitioner, if they are able to visit. Alternatively, one of our attending general practitioners will be happy to accept you as a patient. Our general practitioners regularly visit our homes and are always on call to address your care needs quickly and professionally.
